REFUND POLICY

  • Less than 20% of course content must be accessed or completed.

  • No certificates have been issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

  • More than 20% of content is accessed

  • Downloadable materials have been substantially used

  • The request is made after 7 days

  • Violation of Terms is detected

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

5. Chargeback Prevention

Customers agree to contact us first before filing disputes. We reserve the right to submit course access logs and proof of delivery to payment processors in response to disputes.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. One-Time Purchase Courses

If a course is purchased as a one-time payment, no cancellation is required after access is granted.

2. Subscription-Based Courses (If Applicable)

If courses are offered on subscription:

  • You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation must be requested via account dashboard or by emailing info@hvsol.online.

  • No partial refunds for unused subscription periods unless required by law.
